Welcome to the
Einav Tayeb-Fligelman lab!
Our lab investigates how amyloids - protein assemblies with both functional and pathological roles, form, spread, and impact human health. We combine cryo-electron microscopy, biochemistry, and cellular models to uncover the molecular mechanisms that drive amyloid formation and propagation in neurodegenerative and infectious diseases, and to identify ways to modulate or disrupt these processes. By integrating structural insights with therapeutic design, we aim to bridge the gap between molecular understanding and clinical relevance, paving the way for new strategies to combat amyloid-related diseases.

Open Positions
We are looking for a lab manager, post-doctoral fellows, Ph.D. and M.Sc. students!
If you are curious, driven, and excited to decipher the molecular language of proteins, gain state-of-the-art expertise in cryo-EM and amyloid biology, and help transform how we combat neurodegenerative diseases, then your place is with us!
